I have booked an appointment, what do I do now?

Once you schedule an appointment via the booking system, please wait for confirmation via email that the meeting is to go ahead. We will use Teams to speak or alternatively a phone call will do also.

What documents do I need?

When you fill out the factfind, we will need you to send:

  • Proof of ID

  • Proof of Address (utility bill)

  • Last 3 months Payslips and a P60

  • Last 3 months Bank Statements

  • Last 3 months Savings for Deposit

  • Credit Report

Please note, the list may vary and everything will be confirmed via email.

Do I have to pay a Fee?

At initial stage, no. All advise is free until you are happy to go ahead to apply for a Decision in Principle and submit your Mortgage Application to the lender. Fees can vary on an Individual Basis.  A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. A typical standard fee is £700 plus a £295 admin charge. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any debt secured upon it.
